Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@officialfloppyfish.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached (if applicable). 

Certain items such as [list any non-returnable items, e.g., perishable goods, custom products, intimate items] are not eligible for return. Please check the product description for details.

Return Process

Once you contact our customer service team:

  • We will provide you with a return label and instructions for sending your package back. Orders within the United States qualify for free USPS returns.
  • If you choose to decline the package at delivery, it will automatically return to our warehouse. Please notify us of this action for faster processing. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contact your payment provider; processing times can vary.
  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@officialfloppyfish.com. 

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@officialfloppyfish.com with details and a photo of the defect or damage.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at support@officialfloppyfish.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
  • We will provide instructions for a return or replacement free of charge. 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be in process.

If the package has already been shipped from our warehouse, you can decline the package upon delivery. Once the package has been declined and returned back to our warehouse, a refund will be automatically processed to your account. 

If you choose to decline the package during delivery, please still notify us of this action to expedite the return process.

Shipping Delays and Returns

In the case of shipping delays, please rest assured your order is still protected.

If the delayed package no longer meets your needs, you can return it using the process described above.

Our website is the only official place where we sell this product. We are not affiliated with any other websites, stores, or Amazon sellers that may offer similar-looking items or their own versions of the product.

30-Day Return

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to start the return process. Simply contact our customer service with your order number, or order confirmation -email so they can print you the return label for the refund process.

For returns or exchanges, please use a trackable shipping service for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
